The Rainbow Bar Crawl!: ROY!
WOW. What a night!!! I'm going to split the blog up into parts, because there is just way too much for one blog! But I'll say flat out that it was awesome. So much fun. Yay!
The night began here:

Javier and I arrived early, to make sure no one was left waiting alone. He ordered spinach and artichoke dip, and I got pulled pork quesadillas, which were AMAZING. I'd never even heard of such a thing! Then, before long, who else shows up but the one and only Smartass Blog Kamikaze!

Awesome. Mike came down just for the crawl, and I was completely honored. For the record, he is even more awesome in real life than on the Internet -- hard to believe, I know! He got a Redhook beer, and Javier and I drank "Red" in the form of Redheaded Sluts!

Isn't my boa awesome? It lights up!
We chilled for a bit at Barrow, and then moved on to:

I liked this place. There were tables open, and we basically had a whole section of the bar to ourselves. Here, we drank "Orange," in the form of 007s. In honor of "Orange," I put on my tank top from the last bar crawl.

Well, Javier and I got 007s. Mike got a Corona. I tried to get him an orange for it, but the bar didn't have oranges, which was weird, but what are you going to do!

And the Corona still provided Mike the liquid courage necessary to make his move on Javier. Sorry, Eric Brooks!

Things really started jumping at The Slaughtered Lamb. It had been rainy all night, but now it was pouring. And, all at once, five new people showed up! First, my friends Shannon, Mum, and Ruth showed up with Ruth's friend Marc! Then only about 30 seconds, later, Graham arrived!

Yay!!!!! Graham is moving back to California, and didn't think he could make it last night, after all. I was so, so glad to get to see him again in New York. Mum and Ruth were a surprise to me, and I could not have been happier : ) And since they were only one color behind, they all got "Red" drinks -- Shannon a Redheaded Slut (hee!), Marc and Graham, Red Stripes, and Mum and Ruth, Sangrias. Javier lent his support by drinking a Red Stripe, as well.

Graham also did a syringe shot, which was red, though you can't see it here. Although you can see that he is wearing a red shirt. That is some commitment, right there.

The Slaughtered Lamb excitement was not over, for who should arrive but Donnie!!!

I am not even sure when I met Donnie on Myspace, but she was one of my very first blogger friends. And she also is even more fantastic in person. SO much fun, and freaking hilarious. She brings an amazing energy with her that is awesome.
Like troopers, Shannon and Graham caught up to orange. Graham got a 007 (I think.)

And Shannon got Malibu and orange juice!

We ventured outside, and along the way came across a truly bizarre window display:

We decided to go to Caliente Cab Company next. I did not get a picture of the outside, but this is what it looks like. Well, in the daytime.

Here, we got our "Yellow" drinks. Mike kept drinking Corona, and Donnie joined him.

Javier, Shannon, Graham and I got margaritas.

And Mum got orange juice, awwwww.

Donnie took time out of being hilarious to create art!

And we joined Power Twin forces with our glo bracelets!

Stay tuned for GBIV!
